[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong information given from customer care | |||
Hi, My name is Sahin Siddique and my number is [protected]. Before few days back I recharged with Vodafone 649 for unlimited (3G) but after 2 days I was getting very poor speed. I called customer care, as per there update after 3GB my data speed will be reduce but before recharge I called customer care and as per there update if I recharge with 649 I will get unlimited 3G for 30 days without any speed reduction and also I have I have contact Vodafone chat support (I have chat history with screen shoot), reply is same. So, I write a mail to Vodafone nodal office’s with screen shoot, They called me and inform sorry it was by mistake someone given you this information, And she rudely told me you will not get your data whatever you want to do, do it.
