Vodafone India — wrong update on recharge offer | |||
Hi Team, I am Naresh from Arumbakkam, This is to inform, i have recharge Rs, 222 from online for full talk time but i dont know its belongs to secondary balance and in the vodafone offers it was not mentioned clearly. I have checked with customer care around 11.30pm of today. I have requested to move the balance from secondary to main balance but the customer care executive said i cannot move the balance it was waste for me i have recharge only for net pack. Now it was waste for me. I using the vodafone sim for past 7 yrs without changing any sim from the other outside sim. Now bcoz of this recharge im getting disappointed and thinking to change the sim from vodafone to other company sim due to this problem. My Mobile No# is [protected].
