Today on July 10, 2014, I checked my best offers on my mobile no. [protected] by dialing *121#. I found an offer for data pack 199 with validity 30 days. I called on 121 and found the same offer with same validity. When I recharged with ₹199, I got validity for 28 days. When I called the customer care, I was told by Mr. Anurag Arya that the tarrifs have changed 2 days ago and the customer's numbers are being updated. How come the tarrifs have changed 8 days after the new month started? I need proper solution.
