[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrongful Deduction of Roaming Rental and Roaming SMS | |
Let me start on a very sour note by telling that i feel you have not looked into my email properly that i have sent earlier regarding the issue.
In my emails dated 14/Oct/2014 and then again on 25/Oct/2014 I have sent you the details that I had picked up from "My Vodafone" portal and also had sent you a screen of the portal, below are the details again and also attached is the screenshot.

Can you please advise me as what kind of a number is "12320003" the one that you see in the above. This was the same number that was also appearing in the account when there was a similar deduction on the 14/Aug/2014. Who would send a sms to this number, this number definitely seems to be some wrong billing for all the three occasions.
Inspite of me telling providing you will all the details of all the deductions you are still asking me get an itemized bill for the months for which I will have to pay 100 rupees. What is the need to spend money on the itemized billing when the information is available online. You are just forcing us to spend more money, which I must say is not professional and all the more not required and should not be even suggested by your staff.
