[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrongly Charged | |||
Dear Sir, On 21st August, 2015 vodafone india have charged me Rs. 99/- as a International Roaming Rental Charges. Vodafone customer care executive is telling me that this is charges because i was out of india although i never go to the out of india. Still vodafone is not refunding me this charging. I need help. Vodafone has refunded me by warning me to be care full for the next time. but it is not my fault i never go to the out of india still vodafone is warning me for the next time. I get refunded by vodafone, if in future if it is again happen, no way to continue to the vodafone. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
