[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrongly charged for Download

My complain is about the wrong download charges in my bill. Below are the terms which I have seen in my bill and when I search the same term on Internet then I have found number of people having the same terms in their bills as well. dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130 hello1_tvallsouth_30 0:00 3 0 dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130 This is bit strange that number of people are getting the same terms in their bill and with the same amount charges that for "dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130" charge is 49 rs. and this is same for all who are getting this term in their. So how it is possible that number of people are getting the same term and same charge for the download.. It is clearly showing that this is a fraud in DATA PLAN.. I am not going to continue with this company.. Please take the required action. Attached the screen shot from the detailed bill. Thanks NP
