[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrongly put charges due to wrong information provided by customer care | |||

Happy to help, Priyadarshni Sharma Vodafone Care ================== Now in my April 2014 bill, charges for 149 have been put for both March and April which is unacceptable as Vodafone has confirmed in written as per above mail that there will be no charges. I have written them 10 times but they say sorry for wrong information provided and please pay the bill so that there is no discontinuation of service. Kindly help as this is cheating that first they say no charges and then they put up charges, I intend to return India in December/January and till then I would not like to pay any money as Vodafone has provided me information earlier.
