Vodafone Mini Store — Outgoing on my no not started

Dear sir my m no is [protected] My complaint agains vidafone ministore situated i. Sirhind fatehgarhsahib punjab 140406 After my complaint for started outgoing on my m no which stoped after theft my sim but after issue new sim from mention store after 15days does not startoutgoing on my no then else all document which required by them provided by me on immidiate basis but as on date 3-10-15 they could not start my outgoing onother i am also complaint to vodafone customer care but till time not take anytype of action please take it on urgent basis because due to stopped my outgoing face problem on daily basis please treat it on urgent basis.
