Vodafone app In data section I chose rs29 which provided 500mb data valid for one day and made the payment. To my surprise I get a bonus tariff plan which I dint opt for. I tried again the same thing happened. When I called the customer care they said that it's activated only if it is paid by balance but there were two options balance deduction and payment. If the second one doesn't work what's the point putting up there. When I requested to activate the plan since I recharged twice the executive abruptly hung. This is one of the numerous time I have been upset... From balance deduction to activation of plans... Why doesn't H.P.M Modi take action.. This is a corruption in a another level. I have also experienced the similar situation. Vodafone application is highly misleading. Older version was better with clear-cut information. But the updated version is highly misleading. It never shows data pack end date. You will never find any information other than your current balance in this app. All other information is either incomplete or misleading. Vodafone is cheat it's customers to making money.
