Pathetic vodafone services.. I am corporate postpaid user. And I received the worst service. Their customer care representative dont know how to talk. They are least bothered about people’s time. Their representaive made me visit attheir counter twice or sometimes thrice a day just to submit some stupid documents for verification. I have to submit these kind of docs for three times and still my verification is not done. And each month they deactivate my GPRS service just bcoz my number is not verified. When I asked them about my GPRS services / verification or even what about my documents they ask me to visit again tomorrow. From last three months my number get barded as my credit limit exeeds, I cannot use internet and yet I am charged with extra money. I cannot increase credit limit as my number is not verified. When I call to customer service they tell me to pay 3000 Rs. I don't know for what I have to pay this money when I am a postpaid user. Guys and Girls Please check their policies before enrolling to Vodafone network. Was this information helpful? | |||

When I tried to port out they are not ready to let me port out from their network. This is seriously a monopoly. I have to sacrifice my number which I have been using from last 10years.
