Respected sir,
kindly informing you that i have already made a complaint regarding payment of my bills almost 2 months before.
but there is no reply or solution for the same issue. I made number of calls to your service centre but there is no proper Response for the same and they give many excuses regarding this issue.
I have made calls minimum 15- 20 times but they either disconnect the call or make an excuse for server down.

kindly solve the issue and do the needful.
