[Resolved] Vodafone Mumbai — Deactivated my mobile without any information | |||
Dear Vodaphone, I have approximately one year Vodaphone post paid connection, and paid bill alternate monthly by monthly. But last months bill did not pay, so vodaphone people close my out going service without any kind of proper information. My bill has been generated in the months first week, and also define last bill date in 19 days of months. After cross this date number is de active. And one more things is my mobile bill credit is 1300 Rs.approx..but still my bill is does not cross the limited so why you close my out going service..Please give me a clarification..
