[Resolved]  Vodafone — Network issues not being rectified

Sir, I am a customer of Vodafone India network. My mobile number is [protected] I have been complaining to the customer care about their bad network on my home. At first there was no issue. But after their upgrade from 2g to 2.5g I can’t use internet or make calls indoor. I have registered various complaints on the same issue for the past 1 years but they are not caring to rectify it. They say they have rectified it but nothing is seen in practical. Please take necessary actions. Yours faithfully, Alok Raj

We have optimized the nearby site to the maximum possible limit. However, we do not see an improvement in the signal level.
