Vodafone, Nexgtv — Dectucted money without consent

My mobile number is [protected], On 5/5/2015 my balance got deducted Rs 75 for clicking the url only in a message received from NEXGTV without asking for any consent, please return the balance .I have sent request for deactivation already, service is deactivated without any refund sangeet joshi
