Vodafone — Not getting services and they are sending bills for no signals !!

Hi Team !

I'm not receving signals at my home at all . I have to go out of home to call someone . AS i'm senior citizen Its quite difficult for me to move out of the building from 3rd floor to attend an urgent call .
