Vodafone — not providing revised bill on prolonged request | |||
i have been using vodafone postpaid services since 5 years..but during the last dec-jan 2014 month my bill amount exceeded r.s 4000..which was a shock and is not justified..i have internet plans worth r.s 200, sms plans worth r.s 34 which provides 3000 sms per month..and monthly rental worth r.s 149..adding all of them an amount of near about 700 is expected..but the billed amount i was informed about was just not acceptable..i asked them for providing me a detailed bill on call details and sms but they have been delaying the process since months..they have also deactivated my outgoing facility and showing reluctant attitude to provide me my bill details...i have no other option than to complain in order to get the necessary services as a customer..
