Vodafone — Postpaid to prepaid connection | |||||
My no was a CUG no and as I have changed organisation so I want to convert this no to prepaid as I got a new connection from office.. I mailed 4 times to Vodafone corporate care about my concern and cleared my bill also...but Vodafone expects that for changing the no to prepaid I need to again submit photos documents and stand I n the que to get it converted.. I replied that I am not responsible for any bill generated after my billing cycle..as of now I have not received any reply mail from them o r any call from their side...
