Vodafone — Refrigerator repair - complaint no. [protected] | |||||
We have a double door side by side refrigerator and it was not working since 23rd apl 2016. We have registered a complain immediately, the complaint no. Being [protected]. A service engineer from tvs electronics had visited on 26th apl 2016 and informed that compressor is not working and he said he will place an order for the same. After his visit, we have been calling your customer care division executives for the past 2 days to know the status of the complain but in vain, no one has informed. Spoke to mr. Deepak on 26th apl who assured that we will get a call before 8 pm on the same day i.E 26th apl, to know the status, but no call received. We once again spoke to mr.Shivam on 27th apl, he informed as a generalized statement that "the problem will be solved 28th apl", because he also do not know the status i.E. Whether compressor is available in stock, in how many days, it will be delivered and fixed. Today 28th apl, i have spoken to ms.Nirmala to talk to any of samsung senior person, but she refused to give any of the numbers and assured that she will arrange a call back within 4 hrs. Again, i spoke to ms.Dinesh of samsung customer service centre to get connected through a conference call to the service station tvs electronics nungambakkam so as to know the status. Mr. Dinesh informed that he cannot make a conference call, but can give a request to the service station to arrange a call back to me for knowing the status of the complaint. Tvs electronics service station no. 40489555 / 42381027 is always busy and line not getting through due to which we are unaware of the status The samsung management and the customer service centre should understand that refrigerator being a essential commodity of the home cannot be under repair for indefinite period and the customer cannot be blind on the status of the repair for an indefinite period It is rediculous that ever after continuous follow up, neither the samsung centre nor the customer is aware of the status of repair and above which, the service station phone no.
