[Resolved] Vodafone — Regarding disconnection of my number | |||
Hi, I have already opted for the disconnection of my postpaid number "[protected]" 3 months back itself through the vodafone store in Maharashtra. I have already relocated to my Native place. So I disconnected it by going to the vodafone store in Maharashtra. But you people are still sending me bills. please disconnect it. And asking me to send this mail from my registered email ID. This is my registered email ID and vodafone people are sending bills to this ID itself. vodafone people have wrongly entered my email ID as "[protected]@gmail.com" in your records instead of "d.[protected]@gmail.com". As conveyed, we've received the deactivation request in mid bill cycle hence there is an outstanding amount of Rs.101.51 as there is no rentals charged in bill dated 05/2/2014 post deactivation request processed.
