Vodafone — Regarding fraud of Wrong charges of internet usage by Vodafone | |
Sir, I am Sachin Sood from Punjab, is using a vodafone number [protected] for 2 years. I received the bill of the month of October 2013 during the month of November 2013, which is of Rs. 753/-. On watching the bill ussage details I have come to know that there are internet ussage charges of Rs.536.05, which are for the dates 28-30 September 2013. These charges are of the month of September 2013 are due in the month of October 2013. Sir I want to tell you that I have Rs.199 plan o[censored]n-limited internet ussage of vodafone during the month of September 2013. In this regard I have made a online complaint to vodafone for the wrong charges and got complaint number 50419304 and the representative of vodafone has told me that there are wrong charges for the same and will be reduced from the bill after 30.11.2013 in the bill of November 2013. But on receiving the November 2013 bill there are no such reduction for the same. So I again contact online customer care and request for the same but he told me that these charges are genuine and cannot be reduced. Sir, I got the same problem during the month of May June 2013 and got solved and the company had refund me all the excess amount. But I experienced that the vodafone company is always cheating the people. So I request you to refund me the excess charges of my bill and also charge a big penallty for such frauds of Vodafone. Expecting justice from you and waiting for a favourable reply.
