Vodafone — rejection of porting request | |||
I wanted to port out my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] from Vodafone to Aircel. I submitted requests for the same on 25/03/2015 and subsequently cleared all my outstanding dues on 26/02/2015. I also paid some extra money- i.e. Rs.131.85 extra for [protected] & Rs. 196 extra for [protected]. But on 28/02/2015 my porting requests were rejected by Vodafone through smses. I have lodged complaints with vodafone customer care; my service requests numbers being [protected] & [protected] respectively. Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone and ensure that my porting requests are allowed immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
