[Resolved] Vodafone — Service temporarily withdrawn | |||
Dear Concern, My no is [protected] Bhaba Sankar Kalita I am using this number from last almost two years. Last month I got a call from vodafone care to change my prepaid connection to post paid. Accordingly One person from S S Network Pvt. Ltd. Guwahati came to my residence on 24/06/2014 to collect KYC documents and Rs. 250/-(Receipt no 2741 dt. 24/06/2014). After two days he again came to my office to collect one more document. After that my no was converted to postpaid connection. Now, from last three days the service has been temporarily withdrwan. I am unable to connect to my collegue and family members. Was this information helpful? | |||

They did the same to me today. Its really heartening too see how they treat their valued customers. You have been a customer for 2 years and still they didn't give a second thought before doing such an act. I, too, am a customer of 7 years and they have done the same thing to me. After converting my number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid, they have discontinued the service.
