Vodafone — Sim not converted from postpaid into prepaid

Sir I want to convert my Postpaid into Prepaid Number and have visited the Vodafone store and submit all the formalities and have paid the all pending bill on 03/10/2015 accordig to comapny rules. Now 23 days have gone my sim is still not converted into prepaid bearing Number[protected]. I have visited so many times to the Vodafone store, but no one is listening to my complaint. Please help me in this regard as I have already lost a lot of time. You can also have telephonic conversation on my another number +91-[protected] to listen my problems that i have faced.
