Vodafone Store — Billing more,not taking complaint

Dear sir, I am using Vodafone from past 5 years. But from six months back, they put more bill, even though I didn't used much. Also they are giving wrong information when I called to customer care. If I give port request they will not do it. If I tell to deactivate caller tune, they will not do it. Such a irresponsible, hopeless fellows are working there .
