Vodafone — They did not even register my complaint nor gave me a reference number

I had availed the 1GB 3G data pack for Rs. 249 on 16th November which was valid till 15th December. The connectivity for poor throughout and mostly all I got was 2g services. I was still able to manage my work. On 28th November, I got a thank you card from a mini store in Mahanagar. The executive told me that I can avail any benefit as a free gift. BUT, they did not tell me the disadvantages ie your existing service/ plan gets deactivated in case u use the thank you card. Not knowing this side of the story, which was supposed to be informed to me by the executive while handing over the card, I used this facility and got 45mb of 2G data. I wasn't made aware that my 3G pack would get deactivated. On confirming the same from the customer care executive, he said that I should have known this. Well, I don't design products at Vodafone, I'm a customer not a service provider. Had they made me aware of such a condition while handing over the card to me I would not have used it. Now my 3G plan is deactivated which was valid till 15th December, my remaining 700 mb of 3G data along with Rs. 250 went in the drain. I spoke to the customer care twice on 28th, they did not even care to give me a complaint number and just said that some senior executive would call me back. It's been 4 days now, but there was no response from their side. I called them again today, telling them that not only will I port out but I will also address the same on a consumer forum. They said, and I quote, ":IT'S YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE. OUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE DON'T HAVE A SOLUTION. YOU ARE FREE TO PORT OUT. I asked them to reactivate my 3G plan with the data that was left, they said, we just can't. You did the recharge, you can only get the benefit of 2g data for 45mb. If you want then go and speak the the executive at Vodafone mini store. I'm lost for words. Now that I have been cheated, I want to make the other existing cutomers about this issue so that they don't face the same. I hope this write up reaches the right authority so that my 3G pack gets reactivated. I'm not asking for 250 bucks from them, all I need is the service in lieu of the payment I made for the same. In my last conversation approximately half an hour back, inspite of telling them that I wasn't given a complaint number earlier, They did not even register my complaint nor gave me a reference number.
