Vodafone — Threatening emails and calls to pay bill which is damn incorrect | |||
Hello Team, I had vodafone number [protected] with relationship number[protected]. And I had given this number to my uncle to use. And He is in age of 40's. Everything was fine till 6 months however after that they start sending me bill of 1000+ however the plan was just 149+ service tax. After asking and checking bills got to know they have activated different VAS services on my number which includes video watching charges and the fact is headset my uncle is using can't play video using Internet. Amazingly that phone can't even connect to Internet properly. It is basic feature phone of Samsung. After lots of discussion I agreed to pay bill and paid the same because they informed me that they deactivated all the VAS and I will not be getting any further issues with this. But nothing changed they kept sending me higher bills and this time more than 1000 as well. I refused to pay bill then they are keep calling me while resolving the bill issue and also sending me threatening emails and calling me while asking I have to pay the bill.
