[Resolved] Vodafone — unauthorised balance deduction | |||
Respected sir my no is [protected]. I have not subscribed for any d2c ndtv value, yet you have deducted 99 Rs and 12.36 tax on it from my account. This is very irritating. why is vodafone doing such blunder work? I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest. Else I would be forced to leave and take higher action. It took only 24 hrs to resolve my complaint!
The next day itself i got a call from VODAFONE care that my balance would be refunded!
