Vodafone — Unauthorized postpaid charges | |||||
I have been using a postpaid plan of E_Connect_3G_375 for the past 2 years. Suddenly they changed the plan to E_Connect_3G_399_PAYG without even notifying me. I have neither wrote them to change the plan or communicated over phone. Who have given vodafone the right to change the plan according to their wish? They have charged me unnecessary for the month of April'16. I used to pay a bill amount of Rs 430 on an average every month. But they have sent me a bill of Rs1215 this month. This is completely unjustified and I want a revised bill sent with my prior pack activated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
