My unbilled amount was Rs 9000/- on 18th Aug, and my bill got generated on 19th Aug and still unbilled amount was Rs 9200/-. I paid my bill of Rs 2400/- on 21st Aug but my unbilled was still Rs Rs 9400/- and my outgoing got started but from 22nd Aug and till today my data services are barred and from today morning my outgoing call are also barred which is very disgusting.
Till today just for 6 day for this bill cycle my unbilled amount is Rs 10 000/- after stopping my services from last 3days which is next to impossible.
I am doing daily follow up for dis but no result. It’s really disgusting.
As per month my Internet usage is more and I have 1.2 G data as per monthly bill plan and I gets booster plans for 2gb. And using due to which my credit limit is getting crossed and I am facing lot of challenges, as my services has been stooped as my usage crossed my credit limit due to which my work.
