[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical billing | |||
i used Vodafone post paid connection for 3 months; I don't like their un ethical billing so cancelled my connection; They said you have to pay due of Rs. 106; I paid it and i have reciept for that; And i given cancellation letter in vodafone store T.Nagar chennai; They agreed and it will be cancelled in a week But, Now they are saying to pay Rs. 358 an if i failed to pay it will be added interest of 2.50% each day Why should i pay when i have not used And also it has been disconnected where they agreed it will be cancelled in week And the phone number and online login is inactive now Thanks Vellur [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
