[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone - Regarding Misbehavior and forgery

Hello, This is Saket Priyadarshi. I am a Vodafone user since past 4 years and having corporate number. I had so many interactions with customer care and visits vodafone store, regarding my unnecessary data usage charge, which as follow… My Complaint/Request number [protected] on 7th Nov, 14, I was assisted by an executive Named Ms. Kajal rajveer Dhikoliya regarding data usage. She agreed that wrong data usage charged to me and launched a complaint and told me that within 72 hours you got reversal message. After 3 days i called to vodafone customer care to know status of my complaint, and then i connect to different executive Mr. Rahul and then person told me complain that u register here on 7th Nov, 14 it’s not for data usage but it for duplicate bill. I was surprised I didn’t do this then I insisted please check complain summary or complain note of 7th Nov, 14 complain… then he saw there was a note for reversal of data usage. Then again log another Complaint/Request number [protected] and told it will resolve next 72 hrs. Again I called on 13th Nov, 14 after 72 hrs. I was assisted by an executive Mr. Dhananjay with interaction Number [protected] with same story. Finally I visited Vodafone Store, Koparkhaiarne, Navi Mumbai on 15th Nov, 14 and Complain Number – [protected]. I told everything so store manager Ms. “Runa” then she make special note against my last complains and told within 48 Hrs. you will get reversal. Till 29th Nov, 14 I was wait for call from reversal but still not get call so finally I visited again same Vodafone Store, Koparkharaine, Navi Mumbai, I was assisted by an person Name Mr. Sarwar, after little bit check of my account then he told your all request all closed there was no complain are open. When I asked what was the resolutions of mine complain he directly say your request was resolved by back-end. But when I said I didn’t get any call or message regarding mine complain so how can you guy resolve it… Person start shouting it resolved you have any problems call to customer care. i again make request make please re-open this complain and take a look… Mr Sarwar says this issue wills not re-open.so I request again please log another request and Mr Sarwar said: “abhi koi request nahi le sakte I am manger of this store, yahi procedure hoti once the prblms closed neither will re-open or re-log”. So ask please deactivate my number please give me form…Mr. Sarwar say you will have to pay all undue bill plus some extra charge (for next 7 days) now but i know that i am not liable to make this payment, otherwise I won’t take a request. i ask please take my request for deactivation of my number but again start shouting and said: “this is procedure, I know very well I am manager, jisko bhi call karne karlo, me form nahi dunga or request nahi lunga” Mr Sarwar was not at all helpful and very rude too. His answers and tone was not at all polite and he misbehaved a lot. I am so disappointed with it. When I didn't get any satisfactory response I said to him "may I meet your senior or your supervisor. He very rudely replied "Sir, me hi manager hun. apko jaha mail daalna hai daal do." This reply pissed me off even more. I was seriously stunned at his response. When I asked to security who is manager of this store the answer is more surprising, Store manger name Ms. “Runa” not Mr. Sarwar which he claimed. She was left for that day so i dropped my feedback in drop box. Is this the way you treat you old customers?? Even though i am corporate guy having corporate number, still they are dealing with that way if any person having individual connection how these guy will treat it’s out my imagination!!! This is the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use vodafone because you do misbehave with your customers on the name of after-sale service and customer assistance. I am repenting my decision to choose vodafone as my service provider. I am a very stressed with the current situation and wishes this matter will be solved at your most convenient but immediate time on Mr Sarwar otherwise will go in consumer court in this weekend.
