Vodafone — Without information levied the internet changes

Hi, My name is Sunil Kumar. My Vodafone number is [protected]. I am having a monthly rental 325 STD plan along with which i have opted for a internet pack for which a particular amount get added in my bill. Without informing me, if my internet data is finish then they have levied the internet charges of thousands of rupees. If i have to pay thousand of rupees for internet then why will i opt for the internet plan. Did they called me for applying those internet charges in my bill. I am not going to pay that bill for internet else i will block my number and lodge a complaint in TRAI for the same. If this kind of service Vodafone is giving to it's customer, i do not want to continue with the same. Thanks & Regards Sunil Shrivastava [protected]
