Vodafone — Wrong bills again and again | |||||
Dear Sir I have been receiving wrong bills from Vodafone. I escalated the complaint to noda l officer on 23rd Sep and received the following reply but again received a wrong bill on 30th sep. I have escalated it to the appellate but to no avail. Ms. Malik, we confirm that you have made a payment of Rs.200.00 and it has been updated against security deposit on above number. We also confirm that we have received the payment of Rs.647.7 on above number and it has been updated in our records. As one time gesture we have reversed the amount of Rs.200.00 against the amount due. This will reflect in next bill dated 28/09/15 under the adjustment column. In view of the above there is no outstanding on above number Given below is the Service Request reference number for your enquiry; in case you need to check the status on the same, you can share this number with us.
