[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong deduction of Rs 520 second month in a row. | |||
My mobile number is [protected].I have been using vodafone services since last 8 years.But since last two months I am getting extra bill as downloading charges from Vodafone.I have an active Net pack and no extra services have been requested or used by me.My data charges were under limit for last month but this month its bit more which i was good to pay but this extra downloading charges is killing me. Last month downloading charges came Rs300 extra which i complained, but as forced by customer care, i had to pay but they promised not to activate any services again.But this month again i received bill of Rs 2200 in which downloading charge of Rs 500 is there which is unaccepted because no service has been used by our side.
