Volkswagen India — car at ahmedabad service centre for last 10 days and no feedback

This regarding my car which I have given for service dated 27th Oct 2014 the sales person Mr dipesh kapte told me that I will get my car done by Friday Yesterday I called him he told me that your car is ready and I will get delivery by Saturday afternoon since morning I m calling him he is not picking up my phone I called on landline no also to speak with the Sr manager Mr amit but the receptionist is not transferring the call to him
