Volkswagen India — Car Insurance sold in Sep14 by Atrica service center but no policy sent till Jan 15 | |||
I was sold a Motor Insurance policy from National Insurance for my Volkswagen Polo in early September 2014 by your colleague Ms. Yasmeen. I have not yet received my Insurance copy despite the fact that I have been regularly following up with Ms. Pooja (Mobile No. +91 [protected]) since September end. After many follow-ups with Yasmeen and Pooja I had come to realize that Yasmeen had mentioned wrong address in the insurance records despite the fact that I had sent sms of my address twice on her mobile. I called Ms Pooja on 25th Nov to check if she can send me the insurance copy when told me she was having her lunch and promised to call me back. I called her back at 4 PM to remind her when she refused to talk to me and banged the phone in the middle of the conversation. I was taken aback by her reaction because I had not even raised my voice or spoken any ill words. I had sent an email to the service center manager about this issue on 25th Nov itself and called his mobile many times but could not get any response from him. (Email sent is attached herewith as a proof) As a customer I feel helpless as I have paid for the policy in September and still waiting for my copy and the employees are being rude and refuse to talk.
