[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Delay in excise duty refund and wrong cars were allocated

Dear Sir/Madam I am really not satisfied the way my sales and after sales case was handled by VW Tornado Motors. After paying the full money and my bank EMI started, Initially when I purchased the vehicle they allocated the car to me and I did the insurance on the same and done temp registration after doing the temp registration I was advised the wrong cars were allocated to me. So I had to pay again for Temp Registration also Insurance people charged me premium for a month and my bank EMI was ongoing. I got the car late by approx 20 days. No compensation was offered to me in which I had loss of around Rs 20K. Its been 6 months I have Purchased 3 VW vento Tourist Vehicles from Tornado Motors Pvt Ltd. Since it iIts Tourist Vehicles I can claim the refund of excise duty. Initially I was advised to submit the documents of the vehicle to claim the excise duty. After submitting the documents they advised me that it needs to be affidavit on the stamp paper therefore they returned all my documents back. After Affidavit I again submitted the documents back to them. After 15 days they again returned that documents stating I have to do the notary on all the documents. Again after notary on all documents I submitted all the documents again after 15 days they returned my documents stating they need 2 copies of the same documents. Its so much painful that your executives are inexperienced in handing the customer. I again did 2 copies of the same documents and after 15 days they again said that they now need copy of all original documents. I have provided them with original documents. Now its been almost 2 months that I have been chasing them for refund of excise but no response. I am really frustrated the way my refund is managed. I request Can you please look into to this matter now. If I do not get response within next 7 days. I would approach media and regulatory about this issues. also would never ever buy any German car. I believe no Customer should be treated the way I have been treated by your company. I look forward to hearing from you.
