[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Extended Warranty | |||
Dear Team, This is to inform you that I have purchased POLO(petrol)car in PPS jubilee hills branch Hyderabad location on 26.9.2012. Till now I didn’t get extended warranty for 3rd year(2 years default extended warranty provided by your company ) which is committed by PPS employee and attached is the document FYR. Till now I Didn’t get the valid AMC copy from 1.5 year for vehicle free service. Iam continuously following up with the respective employee in PPS motors thought mail/SMS &100’s of phone calls but not getting proper response from them. They don’t have minimum courtesy to treat the customer in proper way. Iam seriously fed up with the same. Please suggest how to go further. Was this information helpful? | |||

repainted car sold as new one
I bought Vento1.6 tdi o 30th jan 2015 as a new one but I have now checked the repaint done and it has also shown sign of rust bought from dealer at panipat haryana state. I m from Ludhiana (punjab). My vento car no is PB08BZ 1994 . My car is on the name of M/S Siddhi Vinayak Traders.My car is under extended warranty.There is some problem in suspension some noise is coming from there. I take my car to the showroom i.e Lally Motors, Ludhiana and checked it from there.They said some parts are to changed they are not covered under extended warranty.Sir when i have choose for extended warranty why it is not covered in this. We have two Vento cars in our family.We just love volkswagen Cars.sir plz tell why it is not included in that many companies covered this all in warranty sir . I want you to plz check and revert me as soon as possible.
