Volkswagen India — Not proper response

My car NO TN 58 AB8880 had failure in single injector . While asking chennai service center they told about it and also said that we must change all the 4 injector and in madurai (where the car been purchased). I told that within 25000 KM injector has been failed so i'll not pay money and you must take responsible for this. They said we'll do and they changed only one injector.
