Volkswagen India — problem in the brake shoe of rear tyre

due to heavy rains in the city there is some problem in the brake shoe of the rear tyre due to which my car is unable to move from its place(POLO TDI). there is SAMARTH service centre of Volkswagen in the city and even after repeated complaints the service centre guys didn't pay any heed to complaint and didn't come to fix it up. Kindly take appropriate action and send someone to fix my car up. Car registration No.- MP04 CG 9852 Owner- Leena Singh City- Gwalior
