[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — starting problem

Complaint no.CCR14733 Rajesh Agarwal WB 20Z 5100 [protected] [protected]@HOTMAIL.COM I have been facing starting problem ever since my car had injector failure, for more than 3 months and I have made upteen amount of complaints to ESSENN Automotive Pvt Ltd Kurseong Rice Mill Compound Burdwan Road Siliguri - 734001 West Bengal They have told me that the car requires software update, but the said soft is sometimes coming from Pune, Germany or Bombay, but my car still is the same. About 2 weeks back the they had kept the car for a week but still it is the same. I have had to cancell two of my tours which Mr. Sudhir Ojha, Manager, ESSENN Automotive Pvt Ltd is aware off. And now the car is stalling also. I would want you to take immediate action and also replace me with another vehicle with immediate effect.
