Volkswagen India — TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY MISLEADING STAFF | |||
I HAD PURCHASED MY POLO REG NO UP21AX3373 IN JULY 2014, THIS YEAR WHEN I WAS TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO MORADABAD ON 9TH APRIL 2015 THE EPC LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THE CAR STOPPED PICKING UP SPEED. THE CAR WAS SENT TO THE WORKSHOP IN DELHI AND THE PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED. THEN AGAIN AFTER 15 DAYS THE SAME PROBLEM CAME UP AGAIN AND AGAIN THE CAR WAS SENT TO THE WORKSHOP IN MORADABAD AND THE PROBLEM RECTIFIED WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT THE SAME WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. ON THE 28TH OF MAY I WAS RETURNING FROM A PARTY LATE AT NIGHT AND I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. IN 40 DAYS THIS EPC PROBLEM CAME UP 3 TIMES AND THE VOLKSWAGEN PEOPLE ARE NOT BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. THE 3RD TIME THE CAR WENT TO WORKSHOP IT WAS RETURNED TO US SAYING THEY ARE HELPLESS. MAYBE A DEFECTIVE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SOLD TO US. Was this information helpful? | |||
