Purchase ac 1ton 3 star split of voltas company from freiends electronics, thane maharashtra on 17.11.2016. It is second time it goes our of order and stop working. I complaint on toll free number and ref no is [protected]. I am last 3 days following with their service center thane maharashtra and they just telling our technician will come but nobody is turning to attend the complaint. My complaint is 1) why the unit goes out of order frequently. In first time their technician attended 4 times and then got it repaired. Now again it goes out of order. My request is to replace the unit. 2), the service of their service center thane is very poor. It is 4 days pass and nobody attended the complaint. No check of company on service center.
