I bought Voltas Window AC 2 years ago. Since then I am facing gas leakage problem. Recently in Apr 2016 servicing was done and gas was filled up after too many followups. But again in Jun 2016 there was gas leakage, therefore, cooling was not working. I registered the complaint (Complaint ID : [protected]). But till now I have not received any communication from the service centre. On calling Customer 3 times, they gave the service centre number but no one is picking the phone[protected]. This is probably the worst service which I have encountered on dealing with various other companies like Samsung, Haier etc. Its too hot in Noida and its already 3 days...by when can i expect any response and resolution of the issue? Its not even 2 months since the gas was filled up and repairing was done and AC is not cooling anymore...why there is so frequent gas leakage...I got the assurance after servicing that it will run smoothly for long time. Moreover, if you guys dont repair properly in the first attempt and do servicing of gas pipes so frequently then it will corrode very quickly and then you guys will say whole gas pipe need to be replaced...this way you are sucking our hard earned money. Service Centre guys came today...they are saying I have to pay the charges for the replacement of the gas pipes...last time in Apr this year they said I had to pay Rs. 3400 for repairing and it will last long then...It lasted not even 2 months and now I have to pay for new pipes...this is ridiculous...Fraud companies like these should be shut down immediately whose only aim is to suck hard earned money of customers.
