dear sir i purchased a voltas 5 star rated window ac from mahla electronics sales and service on date 5 5 2014 and the bill no is 4451. the ac and its remort was not working from last one month. i complained near about 8 times to voltas costmer care no [protected] and [protected] but they takes near about one month to repair it. even the service center tryed to charge me transpotation charges and asked me that we can repair your ac only if you transport it to our worksitop.the remort is still not working. they gave me very very poor service. i want justice and want my money back
