[Resolved] Voltas — Air cooler p28M product faulty within 2 days | |||
I purchased voltas air cooler P28M on 16th April 2016 from venus electronics Trichy. Within 2 days the air flow motor has failed and cooler is working. After 10 days a technician attended and said the motor is to be replaced. Even after 2 weeks the fault is not rectified. considering the brand image I preferred voltas. But the service is very worst. What is the use of repairing the item after the summer. I strongly recommend not to buy voltas air coolers because of poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
