[Resolved] Voltas — Air cooler stopped working within a month of buying and no technician provided even after registering multiple complaints. | |||||
I bought an air cooler from Voltas. It gets very hot in Chennai. The air cooler has stopped working within a months time of its purchase. I registered a complaint to get it fixed. The customer care turned a deaf ear and even after repeated calling, I have not heard from their technician or senior support. I need full refund as my faith in brand is lost. Also considering the poor service received I am worried if it happens again I will suffer more. Please don't trust the brand Voltas and make the same mistake I did.
