Voltas — Defective split ac given | |||||
At the time of installation, I asked Voltas technician that why the outside unit keeps running inspite of switching it off from the remote, but he said aise hi hota hai, actually it should stop immediately as soon as you switch off from remote. Gas was not there in the unit, it was tripping from time of installation, but Chand Mohammed ignored all these issues, and in the process I was given a faulty piece. If one gets a faulty piece in the beginning only, the customer is liable to get a replacement, so that the problem doesn't persists. But regret to say, inspite of my repeated complaints, nothing has been done. I had sent an email also to customer care, but they too didn't bother to reply.
