Voltas — Gas Pipe Produce So Much Sound continuously

Sir/Madam, I have Purchase Voltas Spilt AC 1.5 tone In March 2015. When it was used I found noisy sound coming through inlet & outlet pipe (Gas Pipe). Inspite of numerous complained and requests they have not done it.
