Voltas — No support for newly bought split ac | |||||
In March I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton split AC. I hardly used it 2-3 times in a span of 2 weeks and it stopped working. On 12th April I logged a complaint with Voltas customer care. Complaint number is [protected]. Till date the issue has not been resolved despite 7-8 reminders. No engineer has turned up to fix the issue. I also raised the issue on facebook. Each time I get a standard answer that we will update you soon but there is no response. Almost half of summer has passed. I am shamed to have this kind of horrible experience from a TATA company which always talks about great values. Request your advice on how should I take this forward.
